Senior Litigation Lawyer | Commercial & Property | Over 10 Years PQE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer (10+ PQE) to join a thriving boutique law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice to businesses, developers and sophisticated clients.

This role offers the opportunity to step into a senior position where you will work autonomously on complex commercial litigation matters while playing a key role in mentoring and supporting junior lawyers. The Role
You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation and related property matters, including:

• Breach of contract disputes
• Trust and partnership disputes
• Insolvency matters
• Debt recovery
• Property disputes
• Commercial leasing disputes
• Building contract disputes
• General commercial advisory work
• Transactions and commercial agreements

Alongside managing your own files, you will mentor junior lawyers, provide technical guidance and contribute to the continued growth of the litigation practice.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Approximately 10+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
• Strong experience managing complex commercial disputes autonomously
• Exposure to property-related litigation and commercial matters
• Excellent technical drafting and advocacy skills
• A collaborative leadership style with an interest in mentoring junior lawyers
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
• A personable approach and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team
