Your Week Might Look Like:
- Reviewing complex compliance and advisory work
- Sitting in on strategy meetings with Partners
- Coaching junior team members and watching them grow
- Solving client challenges with sharp, forward-thinking advice
- Contributing to process improvements and new service initiatives
- 5–7 years in Business Services within Australian public practice
- CA or CPA qualified
- Solid knowledge of tax & advisory (CGT, Div 7A, GST etc.)
- A natural leader with a positive, proactive mindset
- Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and team members alike
- Monthly training and tailored development plans
