Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-quality, diverse client portfolio, including fast-growing SMEs and larger corporates across a range of industries
- Mentor and develop junior accountants, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Deliver both compliance and advisory services that add real value to your clients
- Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to strategic planning
- Work closely with Partners on business development and new client onboarding
- 5–7 years’ experience in Business Services within an Australian accounting firm
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong technical expertise across areas such as Div 7A, GST, and CGT
- Confident in leading teams and passionate about mentoring others
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to step into a leadership role
- Ongoing professional development and monthly structured training
- Clear, defined pathway to Senior Management
