Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio including SMEs, family groups, and growing corporates
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff, fostering both technical and professional growth
- Provide compliance and value-add advisory services to help clients succeed
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to strategic direction
- Collaborate with Partners on new business opportunities and onboarding
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Services within a public practice firm
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Solid technical knowledge across compliance and tax matters (Div 7A, GST, CGT, etc.)
- Proven leadership ability with a passion for guiding and developing others
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to step into a leadership pathway
