Your Day-to-Day
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, family groups, and growing corporates
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff – helping them reach their potential
- Deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services with a commercial mindset
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and contribute to firm strategy
- Collaborate with Partners on exciting new business opportunities
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Services within public practice
- CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
- Strong technical grounding across tax and compliance (Div 7A, CGT, GST, etc.)
- Confident leader with a natural coaching style
- Excellent communicator who enjoys client interaction
- Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take the next big step
- Partner mentorship and a genuine roadmap to leadership
