- Probate and grant applications
- Acting for executors and trustees
- Estate litigation and contested matters
- Court-appointed files, including working with independent trustees
- Drafting sophisticated legal documents
- Direct client contact and file autonomy from day one
- 3-4+ years PQE in Wills & Estates
- A strong all rounder, with particular experience or interest in estate litigation
- Confident managing files autonomously while collaborating with senior lawyers
- Keen to work on complex and technical matters
- Motivated, curious, and eager to continue learning and developing
- A large, established firm with 30+ staff in this division
- Structured across Junior Lawyers, Senior Associates, Special Counsel, consultants and Principals
- Supported by probate clerks and legal assistants
- Multiple accredited specialists in Wills & Estates
