An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wills & Estates lawyer to join a highly regarded and busy practice, working on complex, interesting and often court-appointed matters alongside multiple accredited specialists in the field.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys technical work, autonomy on files, and wants to continue developing their expertise in estate planning and litigation within a supportive, well resourced team.
You’ll step into a varied and intellectually engaging practice, taking carriage of matters while working closely with senior solicitors and accredited specialists.
The role offers exposure to: - Complex estate planning and estate administration matters
- Probate and grant applications
- Acting for executors and trustees
- Estate litigation and contested matters
- Court-appointed files, including working with independent trustees
- Drafting sophisticated legal documents
- Direct client contact and file autonomy from day one
About You: - 3-4+ years PQE in Wills & Estates
- A strong all rounder, with particular experience or interest in estate litigation
- Confident managing files autonomously while collaborating with senior lawyers
- Keen to work on complex and technical matters
- Motivated, curious, and eager to continue learning and developing
