The Opportunity Working closely with an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates, this role offers exposure to a broad and interesting mix of private client matters, including:
- Estate planning, including complex and business-focused structures
- Probate and administration of deceased estates
- Business succession planning
- Estate disputes, including family provision claims
- Contested estates (capacity, executors, and trust-related disputes)
- Superannuation claims and disputes
- Powers of attorney, guardianship and administration matters
