As the practice continues to expand, they are looking for a junior lawyer who is eager to learn, enjoys working closely with experienced practitioners and wants the opportunity to develop their career within a collaborative and encouraging team.
The Role Working closely with a highly experienced Wills & Estates practitioner, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure across a broad range of matters while receiving genuine mentorship and guidance along the way.
You’ll be involved in a variety of Wills & Estates work, including: - Wills and estate planning
- Testamentary trusts and structuring
- Probate and estate administration
- Complex estate matters
- Estate litigation and Part IV claims (exposure depending on experience)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built a foundation in Wills & Estates and is looking to take the next step — gaining more client exposure, developing their technical skills and becoming a confident, well-rounded practitioner.
