A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Wills & Estates Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing private practice with a strong reputation in complex estate matters.
This role would suit a lawyer with 3-5 years PQE who enjoys a genuine mix of estate planning, administration and estate litigation work, and is looking to step into a practice where they will be trusted with meaningful responsibility, direct client contact and sophisticated matters from day one.
Working closely with experienced senior practitioners and accredited specialists in the field, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex and interesting matters, including estate disputes, court-appointed matters, probate and administration applications, trustee matters and high value estate planning work. The role offers a strong level of autonomy while still providing close mentorship and support within a collaborative team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging work and wants to continue developing as a specialist in Wills & Estates law within a busy and well-established practice.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - 3-5 years PQE in Wills & Estates
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Exposure to estate litigation, estate administration and probate matters
- Strong drafting, client management and communication skills
- The ability to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
- A genuine interest in developing their long-term career in Wills & Estates.
