What You’ll Work On - Advisory and contentious employment & workplace relations matters
- Underpayments, award interpretation & enterprise bargaining strategy
- Unfair dismissal, general protections & discrimination claims
- Bullying, sexual harassment & child safety matters
- Employment related privacy & data protection issues
- Post employment restraints & cross-border employment issues
- Appearances in the Fair Work Commission and other courts/tribunals
- Drafting contracts, policies, written advice & court documents
- Direct client contact and involvement in business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For - 2 years’ post-admission experience in employment/workplace relations
(experience outside private practice also considered) - Strong drafting, communication and critical thinking skills
- Confident, personable approach with a genuine client-service mindset
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment
- Adaptable, curious and committed to continuous development
